Abstract: A new capacitive sensor with high sensitivity, designed to minimize the effects of temperature and supply voltage, has been developed. This study also examines how the frequencies of the generators might affect the capacitance readings. The stability and sensitivity of various stabilized quartz generators are explored in depth, providing a comprehensive understanding of their performance. From these thorough findings, a novel, intelligent capacitive sensor capable of measuring the maximum levels of bulk materials has been developed. This sensor is designed for application in wireless sensor networks.
