This model identifies the strengths and weaknesses of athletes during the training process by preprocessing their training data, mining association rules, and analyzing the results. At the same time, the model can also provide targeted training suggestions and guidance based on individual differences and training needs of athletes. Then, this article takes a badminton player as an example and uses the model to analyze their physical fitnessspecific training data. By mining association rules, it was found that the athlete had some shortcomings during the training process, such as a large room for improvement in speed and endurance. In response to these issues, the model provides corresponding training suggestions and guidance, supporting the player to improve their physical fitness level further. }, }
