Abstract: In the document on Web 2.0 Strategies for Bitola, the authors shared the strategies they have implemented in Bitola. The project began in 2010 and has already proven a successful marketing tool. The authors witnessed an increase in the number of visitors, a higher level of communication, and a more positive public image of the museum
