There are different types of hearing loss, depending on which part of the hearing pathway is affected. In this study, air and bone path audiograms belong to conductive, sensorineural and mixed hearing losses and their sub groups were obtained. A specialist will always try to localize where in the hearing pathway the problem lays, so as to be able to classify the hearing loss as belonging to one of the groups. This is most important in determining the appropriate treatment. In our study, ANN that was an expert system was improved to classify of these hearing losses. With 98,75% correct classification satisfactory classification results were obtained, which were consistent with diagnostic results by clinical doctors.}, }
