In order to maximize the production rate, we simulate the actual production line, consider the layout, production time, buffer condition of the production line, find the relationship between production rate and failure rate, repair rate by uniform design method. Find the failure rate and repair rate indicter which have a great impact on the production rate with stepwise regression method and find critical equipment, take different maintenance strategies for equipment which have different importance. Finally verify the correctness of the model. This paper simulates the actual situation of the production line, has relatively few subjectivity and a certain reference value for the maintenance policy of production line.}, }
