Abstract: A network of several nodes in the circuits is build with many cascades which are interconnected. We found that the tunnel diodes pose many non-linear characteristics out of which one property is the chaos appearance. We have introduced the simple model of simulation cascades which are linked in the circuits. Using the bond graphs, the Matlab or Simulink block diagrams are framed.
