The DLINE permits the users to access the full text. The full text can be accessed either by search in the DLINE home page or by selecting any journal name you like to use.
For accessing the full text the DLINE enable your IP number(S) to access the full text without any username or passwords.
As the user you can send your IP number (s) to us by email. The IP numbers you send should be Static and NOT Dynamic.
The static IP is one that will never change. A dynamic IP is exactly that, dynamic. It could change frequently. For example whenever you log on each time your system has different IP numbers.
Dynamic IP Address: One that is not static and could change at any time. Your computer will automatically get this number as it logs on to the network and saves you the trouble of having to know details regarding the specific network configurations. This number can be assigned to anyone using a dial-up connection, Wireless and High Speed Internet connections. If you need to run your own email server or web server, it would be best to have a static IP address.
Static IP Address: One that is fixed and never changes. This is in contrast to a dynamic IP address which may change at any time. Most of the Internet Service Providers can offer to assign a single static IP or a block of static IP's.
If your institution has your own email server or web server, your IP number is expected to have a static IP address.
Before you send your IP number(s) to us, please ensure that your IP numbers are Static.
If your IP numbers are dynamic then the full text access is possible only through the user name and passwords.
